 Lahsun ka achar, ya garlic pickle, ek popular achar (pickle) hai jo Lahsun (garlic) ko as a main ingredient use karta hai. Yeh achar ek zesty aur flavorful taste deta hai aur kai log ise apne meals ke sath enjoy karte hain. Yahan ek basic Lahsun ka achar banane ki recipe di gayi hai:

Samagri (Ingredients):

  1. Lahsun (Garlic) - 250 grams, chhilke nikale huye aur taze
  2. Sarson ka tel (Mustard oil) - 1/2 cup
  3. Rai (Mustard seeds) - 2 tablespoons
  4. Methi dana (Fenugreek seeds) - 1 teaspoon
  5. Saunf (Fennel seeds) - 1 teaspoon
  6. Haldi (Turmeric powder) - 1 teaspoon
  7. Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) - 2 tablespoons
  8. Namak (Salt) - 1 tablespoon, ya swaad anusar
  9. Sirka (Vinegar) - 2 tablespoons

Banane ka tareeka (Instructions):

  1. Lahsun ko achhe se saaf karein aur chhilke nikalein.
  2. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein. Tel garam hone par rai, methi dana, aur saunf daalein.
  3. Jab ye tadka sizzle kare aur aromatic ho jaye, usme haldi, lal mirch powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein.
  4. Ab lahsun ko dal kar dhire dhire pakayein.
  5. Jab lahsun soft ho jaye, isme sirka daal kar mix karein.
  6. Achar ko acche se mix karein aur thanda hone par clean and dry jar mein bhar kar rakh dein.
  7. Achar ko 2-3 din tak dhire dhire ferment hone ke liye rakhne dein.
