Ingredients:
- Baby Onions: 20-30 nos
- Beetroot diced: 1 cup
- Vinegar: 1 cup
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Green Chilly: 2-3 nos
- water: 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel all baby onions.
- In a bowl, mix the onions, vinegar, salt, sugar, green chillies and beetroots.
- Stir well to ensure that the salt and sugar are dissolved.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean, airtight jar.
- Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours, allowing the flavors to meld.
- It will be ready to use after 24 hours .
- You can store sirke wala pyaz in the refrigerator for an extended period.
